NHS Maskinfabrik is a 100% family owned company dating back to 1941. Since 1980, we have produced woodchippers for professional users.
Today NHS Maskinfabrik is producing at 3 factories with a total area of more than 5500 m2, and has approximately 40 employees.

The feed system is second to none
Our robust and extremely aggressive feedrollers ensure extremely efficient insertion of material in all our machines. It is crucial for a positive experience when there is a serious need to grab (the material).
We believe, that our woodchippers has the absolute best feeding-system on the market.


Chip quality is top notch!
The vast majority of users of woodchips have a clear sense of what quality should be like.
The characteristic is and will be “uniform chips” regardless of whether it should be coarse or fine (micro).
Our unique geometry of cut and feed on all machine series ensures great uniformity - all without expensive screen or similar extra equipment.

In both Standard Line as Forest Line programme you will find a huge range of options – all of which in order offer standard solutions that become unique and customised using optional equipment.
